We have developed simulation models to help clients investigate problems at the strategic, tactical and operational levels. At one end of the spectrum, we can help organisations to look at efficiencies in their own individual operations. At the other end of the scale, we have developed a simulation model for the entire UK household waste management supply chain, mapping and costing the processing of 25 million tonnes of waste from source to destination.

Simulation models can be used to analyse economic or environmental measures or a combination of both. The modelling technique provides an cost-effective and efficient way to investigate ‘what-if’ scenarios.
